1. Use a crane to lift the bottom section, align it with the anchor bolts and then temporarily fix it.

   
   

2. Hoist the middle section and the top section in sequence. After aligning the bolt holes, insert high-strength bolts (such as grade 8.8).

   
   

3. Use a theodolite to correct the verticality .
