The fire training tower is a specialized facility utilized by fire brigades to simulate real-world operational conditions and enhance firefighting and rescue capabilities. Designed in accordance with the "GNJ1-81" Fire Station Building Standard, it typically consists of four or more floors and is equipped with structural components such as simulated windows, fire escape ladders, and observation platforms. Auxiliary training facilities, including standard runways and sandpits, are also incorporated to support comprehensive skill development. The primary structure employs a modular steel frame system assembled via bolted connections, offering advantages in disassemblability, cost efficiency, and ease of relocation. Anti-corrosion protection is achieved through spray painting or galvanizing processes, with exterior finishes commonly applied in military green or camouflage colors.

The standardized steel structure design allows for scalability, with floor numbers ranging from four to ten, and integrates various training apparatuses such as climbing poles and sliding rods .
