Material Testing
Tensile Test: The material exhibits a yield strength of no less than 345 MPa, tensile strength of no less than 490 MPa, and elongation of at least 21%.
Bending Test: No cracks are observed after bending to 180°.
Galvanizing Quality Tests
Thickness Measurement: A magnetic thickness gauge is used to perform multi-point measurements, ensuring compliance with applicable standards.
Adhesion Test: The cross-cut method is employed; the zinc coating shows no peeling or detachment.
